T1R Dry Carbon C-Pillar Bar
The T1R B-Max DRY CARBON C-Pillar Bar provides reinforcement between one of the weaker sections of the chassis, the c-pillar area. On most cars, especially hatchbacks, due to the large open area between the c-pillars, there is a lack of horizontal reinforcement between the c-pillars. Consequently, under cornering, the c-pillar area, and hence rear chassis will tend to flex and twist. This adversely affects cornering stability and response. The T1R B-Max DRY CARBON C-Pillar Bar addresses this problem by providing a reinforcing brace between the c-pillars. With the C-Pillar Bar, the chassis feels more composed, stable on mid to high speed sweeping corners, responsive to driver inputs, and communicative of the car’s rear end.
Made out of true DRY Carbon fibre with CNC machined forged aluminum while having the strength equivelant to steel with minimal weight. The bar weighs total of 1.53 lbs (0.69kg).

T1R Response headers
T1R Response Header is designed for all around rpm performance and has been specifically developed for daily driven cars and mildly tuned engines. The Response Header features a 4-2-1 design for optimal mid-range power while still providing significant high rpm gains. In addition, the primary collectors are port matched to the cylinder head’s exhaust ports to maximize smooth exhaust flow. Consequently, the T1R header offers improved engine response and a dyno proven 10+hp to the wheels. T1R headers are hand made from 100% SUS304 aircraft grade stainless steel and feature TIG welded construction. Due to the 4-2-1 design, the Response Header has no ground clearance issues. A 2.5″ collector is included with the header.

The T1R exhaust b-pipe is designed in conjuction with the for any after market axle-back (Bolt-on) muffler to provide the most ideal exhaust flow while also reducing weight. Made out of SUS304 aircraft stainless, resonated with 63mm piping.

T1R 63S exhaust system
The T1R Power Exhaust System is a complete, high-flowing 63mm cat-back exhaust designed for optimal performance. The Power Exhaust features 63mm diameter piping with 1.2mm pipe thickness. This provides an extremely high exhaust flow rate for maximum power gain. The B-pipe resonator and the unique muffler design combine to give a deep exhaust sound while reducing the noise common with 63mm exhausts. The muffler also comes with a removable silencer for further noise reduction if required. The T1R Power Exhaust System is made from SUS304 aircraft stainless steel for extra strength, durability, and resistance against corrosion. The Power Exhaust also features a specially heat treated titanium exhaust tip for a distintictive appearance.

T1R S-Coil Lowering Springs
The S-Coil springs offer a drop of 35mm-40mm front and rear with the spring rates of F.3.2kg/mm R.6.1kg/mm. Each spring is made out of SAE9254 cold-wounded steel with special powder coat to prevent corrosion. Maximum performance you can get while lowering the car as much as possible without sacrficing suspension travel and ride quality.

T1R B-Max Carbon Intake
A unique designed intake chamber built with a “VENTURI” effect which improves the efficiency of airflow to he engine. The chamber also restores air while having the throttle OFF. When the throttle is ON, a surge of fresh air is directed into the engine giving it a direct throttle response. As a result, power is gained throughout the complete powerband. CFRP/FRP material was chosen to ensure it’s durability , performance and appearance.
Highly recommended the combination with the T1R 50S exhaust. A total of 10whp will be achieved.

T1R S2000 Half Shaft Spacers
When lowering a S2000 , its driveshaft angle will definitely need re-adjustments due to the modifications applied, in this case, the lowering of the suspension. This is due to the fact that lowering a S2000 creates unwanted space in between the driveshaft roller and spider (inside of the driveshaft), causing the inboard joint to unevenly wear out. With the installation of T1R Half shaft spacers, it will prevent the driveshaft from losing its regular position and it is highly recommended for any lowered S2000.
Made out of CNC machined aluminum for strength and durability. Comes with HIGH-TENSION STEEL bolts and nuts for installation. Special innovative design for easy installation unlike other brands that required to remove the entire driveshaft. Recommedend for STREET USE ONLY.

T1R Reverse tie rod ends
For the suspension setup for DC5 and EP3 has been changed from double wishbone to Mcpherson strut so when the car is extremely lowered, the front steering rods will become too short for toe adjustment to get ideal toe out setting.Further more, the entire steering rod will tilt upwards because of the ride height, this will cause stress and internal damage to the steering rack. The T1R steering rod end offers sufficent adjustment and increased steering feel. The unique design reverse type to eliminate stress and minimize chances of damaging the steering rack as much as possible.
